Dr. Seung Paik is a board-certified prosthodontist dedicated to delivering advanced, individualized restorative care with precision, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to patient experience. With more than twenty years of clinical expertise, he has built his career around complex prosthetic rehabilitation, full-arch restoration, and comprehensive treatment planning for patients seeking the highest level of functional and esthetic outcomes.
Dr. Paik earned his dental degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2002, and completed his prosthodontic residency at the University of Maryland from 2002 to 2005. He later served as an Associate Clinical Professor in the University of Maryland prosthodontic residency program, contributing to the education and training of future specialists.
Following residency, Dr. Paik practiced in Annapolis from 2005 to 2007 before purchasing a private practice in Columbia, Maryland, where he provided high-quality prosthetic services until 2013. In 2013, he joined a partnership and founded the Clear Choice centers in both Columbia and White Marsh, providing full-arch and comprehensive prosthetic services to those communities from 2013-2026. Since 2005, Dr. Paik has delivered and maintained more than 14,000 arches, reflecting his extensive experience in advanced prosthetic dentistry.
In his latest career move, Dr. Paik is office-sharing with Dr. Domenick Coletti, a dual-degree oral surgeon, to provide full-arch restorative care and in-depth prosthetic rehabilitation, with an emphasis on exceptional quality and esthetics. Together, Drs. Coletti & Paik combine surgical and prosthetic expertise to support patients through complex treatment with clarity, compassion, and close clinical coordination.
Dr. Paik incorporates advanced digital technology, including 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanning and iMetric ICam photogrammetry, to enhance accuracy, comfort, and efficiency. The TRIOS scanner creates precise, three-dimensional, digital impressions in seconds, while ICam photogrammetry captures implant positions with exceptional accuracy for a better-fitting, more predictable result—especially in full-arch cases. Together, these technologies streamline treatment, reduce the likelihood of complications, and support lasting outcomes.
